The popular New Jersey music festivals typically appear at large, destination venues, mostly outdoors, and at indoor live music venues. The festivals range from jam sessions to multi-stage performances and can feature any where from up-coming, new breed artists to established, well known performers. The diverse array of festivals take place inside and outside, across the state, featuring many different styles and genres of music. Some of these festivals offer educational opportunities and others give festival-goers a chance to both camp out and listen to some of their favorite music. Started in by John D'Esposito and Coachella producer Kevin Kopacko, the festival is intended to recreate Coachella on the East Coast, albeit with its own personality.

With regards to any larger festivals, be sure to think outside of the box. While many of them do not regularly book independent acts as part of their official showcases, the national and international bands that do perform often draw some of the biggest built-in crowds imaginable, and provide a huge influx of music lovers and enthusiasts to each respective event location. Even playing an ad-lib acoustic set in the event parking lot can go a long way in gaining you new fans and selling some merch. It has since grown into a 5-day festival in downtown Las Vegas that brings out fans and bands alike from all over the world. And now, we welcome our fans, friends and family to our first trip east, to Asbury Park as well, in Dedicated to revitalizing the area, LPCCD provides this free event in celebration of the spirit of the community. For children, the festival offers games, storytelling, skateboard, golf and basketball clinics and a host of family oriented activities. The festival also features a healthy lifestyle pavilion with free health screenings, massages, yoga and fresh organic produce from the Lincoln Park Community Farm.

The Funfest has free admission and is attended by more than 25, people annually, featuring a variety of leisure entertainment and attractions for all ages, highlighted by gourmet foods, and a juried fine arts and crafts show.
