Our Hot Studio is heated to between degrees depending on the class level and number of students in the room! You don't have to be a seasoned yogi to practice in the hot room.
Our yoga teacher training certification courses are exclusive to 12 students and based on the traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga knowledge. We strongly believe that yoga practice can helps human being live better, find balance and even heal the daily illnesses and prevent modern diseases. We care about being able to initiate and educate anybody in to the practice of yoga to share all its benefits. Concerned about reliable teaching and learning, our main goal is to develop autonomous practitioners and responsible teachers in all aspects of the disciplines to make a difference. Julie grew up in France and started practicing ballet at 6 years old and then studied modern, jazz and contemporary dance for over ten years. During her professional career she naturally turns to yoga and begins studying Hatha and Vinyasa for her daily practice. After an amazing journey in Bali, she decided to leave her busy working life in Paris to develop a deeper yoga practice and teaching in a zen environment, then she traveled in India to completed her hours teacher training at Rishikesh.
